Located just steps from Hall’s Pond Sanctuary and Amory Woods, our concierge medical practice is located in Brookline, Massachusetts. The sanctuary is a favorite of Dr. Klein and her family, who are long-time members of the community. Dr. Johanna Klein, MD
Named one of Boston magazine's Top Docs™ in Internal Medicine for the past three years, Dr. Klein is a board-certified physician who has been practicing in the Boston area for over 25 years. With extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient practice, Dr. Klein is an expert provider who tirelessly strives to achieve the highest level of care for her patients. Her kind, caring bedside manner makes it easy to communicate medical concerns, giving patients a trusted advocate who is truly focused on improving overall health and wellness. An Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Klein completed her residency at Beth Israel Hospital and Harvard Medical School, where she is currently an instructor.

Jayne Serratore, Practice Manager, CMA
Inspired by the doctors and nurses who treated her severe asthma as a child, Jayne knew from a young age that she wanted a career in healthcare, where she could help care for others. A certified medical assistant and experienced operations specialist, Jayne is not only a compassionate clinical practitioner, she also helps patients navigate the complicated world of medical billing and insurance. Prior to joining Amory Medical, Jayne was a Practice Manager and Operational Liaison at Beth Israel Deaconess, where she managed a large-scale training program for a new electronic medical record (EMR) system. A trusted advocate for members of Amory Medical, Jayne expertly guides patients through questions about their health, insurance coverage, billing and more.
Yvette Gonzales, Medical Assistant, CMA
A certified medical assistant, Yvette’s background includes extensive experience at Boston Children’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), as well as adult outpatient practice at Beth Israel’s Washington Square Group. Passionate about providing exceptional care for her patients, Yvette is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She joined Amory Medical to provide more personalized care in a practice that truly puts patients’ health first. With an undergraduate degree in business from Arizona State University and previous experience running her own construction company, Yvette brings an innovative and efficient approach to her work at Amory Medical. Understanding that the typical primary care experience can feel rushed, frustrating and overwhelming, Yvette is dedicated to providing a better, more welcoming environment where patients receive the empathetic and compassionate care they deserve.
